Who is this course for?
-intermediate leaners who want ro explore and expand their floorwork vocabulary, learning new pathways and approaches. -intermediate dancers from contemporary dance other fields. -acrobats/movers who want to integrate more dance elements to their routine.

What do I need for practice?
For the course you need enough space, time , access to internet and I recommend some music while you practicing between exercises ( but not necessary). The material was created in my living room in the space 1.5x3 m, between the table and the sofa :)
